Ordering
You can send us an order in several ways. If you are ordering within the United States, Canada or Mexico, (North America) you can order by phone, email, or mail. North American orders must be presented on printed corporate purchase order forms, or printed corporate letterhead.
Terms are NET 10, existing customers NET 30.
Orders can also be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Orders outside of North America must be paid in advance including shipping and duties, either by credit card or direct wire transfer to our bank. In all cases, email orders are the easiest and fastest.

Shipping
Most of our software products are fulfilled electronically via FTP. Once payment is received or appropriate purchase order is verifed, you will receive an email with a link to an installation program. This installation software will install program files and documentation.
Some of our products include physical hardware devices. Usually these are shipped by US Postal Service first class mail. You can also request expedited overnight shipping by FedEx for an additional USD$25 fee. For shipments outside the US we generally recommend FedEx International Priority. Please consult the FedEx website for a rate quotation
Products licensed as source code, or OEM, or multi-site binary licenses are usually provided electronically through our FTP site described above.
Licensing
Most of our Windows products are licensed on a per-copy basis. For these products you can receive discounts based on quantities ordered for 5, 10 and 25 pieces or more. Please send us an email to get a discount schedule for specific product(s).
Some of our products are licensed in blocks of 5, 15, 25, 50, 100, 200 licenses at a time. These products always involve the execution of a licensing agreement and advance payment of the entire license block fee. Licenses can be renewed at any time by purchasing another block.
Some of our products are licensed as source code. The license is based on a one-time flat fee paid in advance along with the licensing agreement. There are no additional fees for units sold and you can make as many products and production units as you like. You may not redistribute the source code or any portion of it.
We can make other kinds of licensing agreements in some cases. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
